Every year a corporate competition "Best in Profession" is held at the factories of the Eurasian Foods Corporation holding. The programs of the competition are changing and as a result, different specialists can take part in it.

Main objectives of the competition are: demonstration of professional skills, determination and implementation of rational techniques and methods into the production process aimed at increasing labour efficiency, saving material and energy resources. As a result, talented and creative employees are identified, conditions for professional advancement are created, and a positive thinking is formed in a team.

In August 2020, the “Best Laboratory Assistant for Carrying-Out Analyses – 2020” competition was held at the Almaty plant of the holding. The competition program consisted of several stages, in which the participants had to show the level of their theoretical knowledge, as well as professional skills and abilities.

The winners were determined by the Competition Committee, which included the heads of the specialized divisions of the enterprise. There was a serious fight for winning places in the final, and only fractions of seconds in the measurement results determined the winners:

1^st place - Alimgaziyeva Aliya

2^nd place - Zupinova Zakida

3^rd place - Uskenbayeva Balym
