The Company pays much attention to an important production sector - specialized margarines and fats for industrial processing.

 

More than 70% of enterprises in Kazakhstan specializing in the production of confectionery and bakery products use margarines and fats under Zolotoy Standart Brand produced by Eurasian Foods JSC.

 

Each product has special properties in accordance with its purpose: for puff, yeast, fancy and short pastry; for creams and soufflés; for soft and waffle stuffing; for deep-frying, etc.

 

Using high-quality specialized margarines and fats of Zolotoy Standart Brand in the production process allows to:

Two confectionery test sites operates at the factory for baking pastry products using specialized margarines in order to verify the compliance of the finished product with the necessary requirements. They develop recommendations on the use of margarines and fats for the specific production process, as well as formulate tasks for the innovation laboratory for developing of new products with the required consuming properties.

 

The Company provides with specialized technological support for its partners of B2B sector:

 

  • free consultations both at the start up of new lines and development of new formulations, and, current manufacturing process;
  • master class out of site;
  • margarine adaptation for technological conditions of production;
  • development of margarines and fats with individual parameters.

 

A unique feature of the Holding is a flexible approach to the needs of the HoReCa segment partners. Technologists of the Company develop individual mayonnaise and ketchup recipes with the necessary consistency, fat content, acidity and flavor.

 

Also, the Company provides production of mayonnaise and ketchup in economical packing for the present area.
